Health data stays on your device

The information entered in the app (name, medication, blood group, contacts, address, seizure log) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to, stored by or viewed by the publisher. Only you decide to share it with a companion, using the app's send function.

Data collected at purchase

Email, name and billing details, processed by Stripe for payment; activation code and number of activated devices, kept on our server to manage the licence. No medical data is collected.

Third-party services used by the app

• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): when you tap “Search around the accommodation”, the accommodation address is sent to this service to find hospitals and pharmacies. Nothing is sent without your action.
• Google Maps: only if you open a route or a map.
• Speech synthesis: performed by your device's operating system.

Purposes and legal bases

Managing the order, the licence and invoicing (performance of the contract, legal obligation); answering your requests (legitimate interest).

Recipients and processors

Stripe (payment), Brevo (order emails), Hostinger (hosting of the website and licence server). No data is sold.

Retention period

Licence data: for as long as the licence is used. Accounting records: 10 years.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. The typeface is hosted on our own server.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@agen-ia.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with the authority of your country. To delete the app's data, use the “Erase all” button in the Profile tab or remove the app from your device.
